The Enneagram of Emotional Intelligence Workshops
-
No. 1 Intro to the Enneagram
Learn the basics of the enneagram system, the 3 Intelligence Centers, and the core motivations, fears, and desires of each of the 9 ennea-types. This session provides participants with the knowledge they need to build self-awareness.
Duration 3 Hours.

No 2. Self-Perception
How we see ourselves directly informs the way we behave and interpret the world. Learn how our bias toward rationality and certainty can interfere with our perception, preventing us from seeing others, or ourselves, clearly. When we are unaware of the frames we hold, we see ourselves only through the lenses of the stories we tell about ourselves and others and are disconnected from the essence of who we truly are. This workshop will help you recover a clearer perspective in your personal and professional life.
Duration 2.5 Hours.

No. 3 Self-Expression
Each Enneagram type has a natural focus of attention that feeds an automated habit of self-expression. This can lead to conflicts and feeling misunderstood because when we aren’t aware of the automated ways that we tend to show up according to the programming of our personality structure, we tend to blame our interpersonal conflicts, failed relationships, and frustrations at work exclusively as an external problem of unfortunate circumstances. In this workshop, we learn to start looking deep within ourselves to evaluate honestly how we might be getting in our own way and how we can reclaim a truer, more positively impactful approach to self-expression.
Duration 2.5 hours.
(It is suggested that participants complete Workshop 2 prior to attending this workshop.)

No. 4 Building Healthier Interpersonal Relationships
Until we undertake the demanding task of awakening, we exist at a distance from both ourselves and others, uncertain of the boundaries between our persona and true essence. Yet, as we delve into the depths of our genuine selves, we acquire the tools to reshape our perceptions, comprehend our emotions, and observe our thoughts, ultimately enhancing our well-being and the quality of our significant connections. This session forms the bedrock for nurturing more profound, enriching relationships by exploring how each Enneagram type tends to interact—moving against, away, or toward the individuals in their lives—how they navigate conflicts, and through heightened awareness, how we can collectively foster more meaningful and gratifying relationships.
Duration: 3 Hours
(Participants must have a solid understanding of their dominant ennea-type.)
-
No. 5 Decision Making for Better Outcomes
While most of us later justify our decisions with the use of reason, the decisions we make always involve our emotions. How we feel emotionally and physically has far more influence over our choices than we naturally want to accept. In this session, learn how to access and leverage the body, heart, and mind for better decision-making in your daily life.
Duration: 2.5 Hours
(Participants must have a solid understanding of their dominant ennea-type.)
-
No. 6 Changing our Relationship with Stress.
Not all stress is bad. In fact, it serves a core biological function: When we are under attack, for example, our inborn, hardwired fight-or-flight responses kick in to protect us. And small moments of stress have been shown to temporarily elevate performance. However, high levels of chronic, unaddressed stress can have numerous adverse effects on our work, relationships, health, and even lifespan. In this session, learn how to access and balance flexibility, optimism, and tolerance within your Ennea-type structure, to enlarge your capacity for handling life's demands.
Duration: 2.5 Hours
(Participants must have a solid understanding of their dominant ennea-type.)
-
No. 7 The Instincts and Enneagram Subtypes
In this Masterclass, learn how our 3 Primary Survival Instincts influence how we think, feel, and see. From there, this session will take participants into the world of Enneagram subtypes as students discover how their dominant survival instincts combine with the passion of their ennea-type, to create their “subtype”. Understanding subtypes is a critical component of developing our self-awareness and our awareness of others.
Duration: 3 Hours
(Requires completion of the CPEnneagram Academy Enneagram Assessment prior to the workshop.)
-
No. 8 The Enneagram of Healing
Much of our personality structure is the result of real and/or perceived wounding messages that we received and internalized as young people. Our dominant ennea-type is in large part a response to those messages. We over-identify with one Enneagram type because it was our often unconscious strategy for how we got our needs met and made sense of the stories in which we found ourselves living. Part of learning to transcend the limitations of our dominant type is learning how to identify and heal our wounds.
Duration: 2 Hours.
(Participants must have a solid understanding of their dominant ennea-type.)
-
No. 9 Psychological Safety and the Enneagram
Building Sustainable High Performing Teams through cultivating deep awareness of how each Enneagram type contributes toward and detracts from creating psychologically safe cultures.
(Participants must have a solid understanding of their dominant ennea-type.)

No. 10 Meyers Briggs
The MBTI system offers us deep insights into our preferences for how we get energized, take in information, make decisions, and organize our time. Understanding these preferences can help us become more cognizant of our intentions and impact.
In this highly-interactive, fun workshop, participants will discover their own "cognitive stack" and that of their peers, then leverage these differences for becoming more innovative, navigating change, creating psychological safety in the organization, and building healthy emotional intelligence profiles.
Duration: 3 hours
